The petitioner has preferred the instant petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to assist the petitioner in taking repossession of the secured assets (situated at Mauza Khas Kohka, Shanti Nagar, Ward No. 11, P.H. No. 14, R.N.M. Durg, Khasra No. 6044, Tehsil & District -Durg) in light of order dated 20.01.2026 in a time bound manner. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.05.2026 is presently pending consideration before the authorities concerned and has not yet been considered or decided. He therefore prays that a suitable direction may be issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the said representation, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there is no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, as well as considering the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 15.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. While doing so, the concerned 3 authority shall afford due and effective opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all other interested parties and shall consider the relevant facts and documents available on record. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation, and the competent authority shall take an independent decision strictly in accordance with law. 5.
