The revisional application is directed against the proceedings in T.S.No.96 of 2024 now pending before the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Port Blair. The suit is for eviction. 2. Since the prayer made before this Court is innocuous i.e for expeditious disposal of the suit, this Court is not inclined to issue notice to the respondents. 3. In that view of the matter, it is ordered that T.S.No.96 of 2024 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties within a period of four months from the date of communication of the copy of this order. 4. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite parties and the Trial Court. 5. With the aforesaid observations, CO/43/2026 stands disposed of. 6.
