The instant writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction upon the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioners as the shebaits and trustees of Sree Ishwar Sridhar Jeu and Sree Sree Lakshmi Mata Thakrani in the Assessment Books and Records of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation in respect of Premises No. 13, Debendra Mullick Street, Kolkata -700073. 3. Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and noting that a representation has been made by the petitioners, I am of the view that the municipal authorities may hear out the representation in accordance with law and in the process, as aforesaid if any application is filed by the petitioners the same shall also be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order. 2 4. It is expected that the decision shall be taken in this regard by the municipality as expeditious as possible preferably within 8 weeks from the date of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court had not gone into the merits of the cause and it shall be open to the municipal authorities to take a decision without being influenced by any of the observations made hereinabove. 6.
