Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed in W.A. No.488/2021 is the subject matter in S.L.P.(C) No.13525/2021 before the Hon'ble Apex Court which was disposed of vide order dated 06.09.2021 and liberty was reserved to the respondents to move an application for clarification / modification of the interim order impugned in the proceedings before the High Court. 3. Learned Senior Counsel submits that the respondents have filed an application for clarification / modification of the interim order. He submits that the respondents will consider the representation vide Annexure-C and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.
