The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4) & (5), 351(2) & (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate- IX, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that two of the sons are fighting for the land which has been purchased by their father and the father has lodged this case against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there and one criminal antecedent is also there against the petitioner. 5. Considering that the case has been lodged by the father for the fighting for the land between the two of the brothers and the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with ( 2026:JHHC:1857 ) 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- IX, Ranchi, in connection with Namkum P.S.
