JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs: “1. Issue writ in the nature certiorari and quash the charge memo dtd. 12.06.2026 in No. ೆ.ೌ/ಆ./2025- 26 and the show notice dtd. 12.06.2026 in No. ೆ.ೌ/ಆ./2025-26 issued by the Respondent No.3 under Annexure-D and D1 respectively and the suspension cause order dtd. 23.05.2025 in No. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010473692026 NC: 2026:KHC:42893 WP No. 21611 of 2026 ಆಡಾಾ/ೆ.ೌ/.ಎ..ಎ/01/2025-26 passed by the respondent No.2 under Annexure-B. 2. Issue such other order or direction as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstance of the case.” 2. The petitioner has filed a revision petition in Revision Petition No.3/2026 before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru (‘KAT’ for short) to quash the order passed by respondent No.1 in Dispute No.AR/39/DDS/4/2025-26 on the application filed by the petitioner to stay the suspension order, wherein respondent No.3 had suspended the petitioner from service. The KAT has not passed any order on the said revision petition. The petitioner, aggrieved by the suspension order and initiation of enquiry, filed this writ petition. 3. Admittedly, the petitioner has approached the KAT and filed a revision petition. The KAT has not passed any order on the said revision petition. Hence, the question of entertaining this writ petition would not arise. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. The KAT is directed to dispose of the revision petition within a period of fifty (50) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
