1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that a final order has already been passed by the concerned authority, and therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous. It is, however, submitted that the petitioner is not without a remedy and Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL
2 may avail the appropriate remedy before the concerned authority in accordance with law, against the final order so passed.
