Learned counsel for the Respondent/State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is having an alternate efficacious remedy under Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail other remedy available under the law. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage,
3 reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail alternate remedy available under the law. 5.
