This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with following reliefs: 2 “10. Relief(s) Sought: 1. The Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate writ(s)/order(s) and direct respondent no.02 to act upon and decide the petitioner's representation of Annexure P/1 dated 03.03.2026 within the four corners of law and in a time bound manner. 2. The Court may also be pleased to pass appropriate writ(s)/order(s) and direct respondent no. 5 to allow the minor to attend classes in the interest of justice. 3. Any other relief/direction that the Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.’’ 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent- authority to consider and decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P/1 dated 03.03.2026 in accordance with law within specific time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the above limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition. 5. Considering facts of the case and limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent-authorities to consider and decide the pending application/representation of the petitioner Annexure P/1 dated 03.03.2026 in accordance with law, while hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
