Narkeldanga, Borough – III, Ward No. 29, Kolkata – 700011 and on the failure of the municipal authority to take steps, the instant writ petition has been filed. 3. Despite service the private respondents are not represented. 2 4. Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate representing the municipal authorities has, however, filed a report and would submit that the municipality has already taken action in respect of the premises no. B-43/H/1, Canal East Road, Borough – III, Ward No. 29, P.S. Narkeldanga, Kolkata- 700009 and premises No. 7/1/H/9, Narkeldanga Main Road, P.S. Narkeldanga, Borough – III, Ward No. 29, Kolkata – 700011. According to the report in both the cases, proceeding has already been initiated. 5. Having regard to the above and by retaining the report in record, I am of the view that no further order is necessitates at this stage. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of by directing the municipal authority to conclude the proceedings in accordance with law by bringing the same to a logical conclusion on an expeditious basis.
