The SDM concerned joined the proceeding through V.C. in compliance to the previous order and he submits that there is no issue of law and order and it appears there is some individual dispute in between the petitioner with other persons. 4. In such view of the matter, since there is no problem of the law and order, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. The SDM shall ensure that on the date of demarcation law and order be maintained.
