1. Mr. S.Dey, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 has produced the instructions dated 10-06-2026, whereby the Bank has no objection in permitting the Account Holder, namely Shri. Bharat Chettri, holder of Account No. 506311610000065 in operating the undisputed amount available in his account.
2. In view of the instructions, it is directed that the account of the petitioner being No. 506311610000065 as far as the undisputed amount is concerned, shall be defrozen and the petitioner allowed to operate his account. 2026:MLHC:570
