The petitioner herein is aggrieved by office order dated 21.02.2026 (Annexure P-4), in terms whereof, the petitioner has been transferred from his present place of posting i.e. Patwar Circle Borar, Sub-Tehsil Ronhat, Tehsil 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:4222 Shillai, District Sirmaur, H.P. to Patwar Circle Dhadi Gunsa, Sub-Tehsil Saraswatinagar, Thesil Jubbal, District Shimla, H.P. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the petitioner was earlier posted in a sub-cadre area and in terms of the impugned transfer order, he has been transferred to a station which is 200 kms away from his present place of posting. She also argued that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P-2) to the Authorities mentioning therein certain family circumstances, on account whereof he has made a prayer for his adjustment at some other station. She submitted that interest of justice would be served in case this petition is disposed of with the direction that the Authority may take a sympathetic view on the representation filed by the petitioner and till then the petitioner may not be forced to join at the station to which he has been transferred. 4. In light of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner be decided by the Authority concerned within a period of three weeks from today, after giving a personal opportunity of being 3 2026:HHC:4222 heard to the petitioner. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the petitioner shall not be forced to join at the station to which he has been transferred and he shall be at liberty to avail the kind of leave due to him.
