The lawyers are abstaining from work. 3. Vide order dated 23.04.2026, Coordinate Bench of this Court, while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation. 4. ASI Surender, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. The order dated 23.04.2026 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be considered as parity qua any other co-accused. 7.
