1. Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 to consider the prayer of the petitioner which has been submitted through letter dated 5.9.2022, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent no. 2 to issue directions to various departments to release the withheld amount of the petitioner, which has been withholded on directions of Respondent no. 2 and from said amount adjust the amount as mentioned in order dated 31.5.2022 and pay the balance amount to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit be granted.”

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the dispute between the parties can be amicably resolved. It is jointly submitted that the respondent-authorities may first release/pay the amount found payable to the petitioner and, thereafter, the amount which, according to the respondent-authorities, is outstanding against the petitioner may be adjusted from the amount payable to him.
3. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the respondent-authorities are directed to determine the amount payable to the petitioner and release the same in his favour. While making such payment, the respondent-authorities shall be at liberty to adjust the amount, if any, found due and recoverable from the petitioner, after duly
3 considering the claim of the petitioner as well as the objections/submissions raised on his behalf.
4. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the respondent- authorities within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In the event either of the parties remains aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent-authorities pursuant to the aforesaid directions, the aggrieved party shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, including appeal, in accordance with law.
6. The interim order dated 22.09.2022 shall continue to operate during the aforesaid period of 30 days.
7. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands
