Issue a writ, order, direction, or writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 03.07.2026 i.e., Annexure-C and sanction permanent power supply LT-2a(i) as sought for in Annexure-C; - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010510242026 NC: 2026:KHC:42438 WP No. 23198 of 2026 b. Issue a writ, order, direction, or writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to install meter and commence supply of electricity to the petitioner’s schedule site; c. Such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of this case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when an application was filed seeking permanent power supply by representation dated 03.07.2026, the respondents did not consider it. It is further submitted that similarly situated persons came before this Court, and mandamus was issued to the respondents. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that they will consider the representation within a period of two weeks. 4. Considering the same, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i.
