The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.2008 of 2025 and B.A. No.7384 of 2025. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the motorcycle of the deceased was recovered on the confession of Sonu Kumar as well as Kuldeep Oraon. Learned counsel in support of such contention has referred to the seizure list. Learned counsel adds that so far as Sonu Kumar and Kuldeep Oraon are concerned, both have been granted bail in B.A. No. 6446 of 2025 and B.A. No. 4184 of 2025, respectively. It has been submitted that the case of petitioner stands on similar footing to those co-accused persons who have granted bail. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that 06 witnesses have already been examined during trial. Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau in connection with Panki P.S.
