1. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner had appeared before the Review Committee and the Review Committee has passed an order and thus the petitioner has got separate cause of action and the present writ petition become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, the WPO/216/2026 is disposed of, with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Review Committee if so advised.
3. The petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in WPO/216/2026 and the same be kept on record.
