Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.OP.No.10337 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and no relaxation petition shall be entertained for a period of fifty days”. The other conditions remain unaltered. 4.
