THIS PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE IMPUGNED FINAL INELIGIBLE VOTER LIST ISSUED BY THE RESPONDENT NO.6 SOCIETY INSOFAR AS IT RELATES TO INCLUSION OF THE NAMES OF THE PETITIONERS IS CONCERNED, (ANNEXURE-C), DATED NIL IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND EQUITY, ETC. THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN 'B' GROUP, THROUGH PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO CONFERENCING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:

ORAL ORDER
1. The writ petition is filed with a prayer to include the names of the petitioners in the list of eligible voters for the election to be conducted to respondent No.6-Society. The prayers in the writ petition read as under:-
"a) CALL for records from the Respondent No.6 pertaining to the impugned Final Ineligible Voters list issued by the Respondent No.6 Society (ANNEXURE - C); b) ISSUE WRIT OR ORDER quashing the impugned Final Ineligible Voter List issued by the Respondent

No.6 society insofar as it relates to inclusion of the names of the Petitioners is concerned, (ANNEXURE -C),dated nil, in the interest of justice and equity; c) ISSUE WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondent No.3 to 6 to include the name of the Petitioners in the Eligible Voters List (ANNEXURE B) and PERMIT the Petitioners to cast their vote in the elections to the Respondent No.6 which is scheduled to be held on 17/11/2025, as per Election Notice (ANNEXURE - A), in the interest of justice and equity. d) PASS any such other Order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, including the cost of the Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. No interim order has been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.
4. Learned AGA appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 4 and 5 upon instructions, submits that the election to respondent No.6-Society has already been completed and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In the light of the same, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
