2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS G.R. Case No. 172 of 2025 arising out of Haraiya P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 8, 20(b)(ii)(B)©, 23, 25, 29 and 61 of the NDPS Act and under Section 111(1) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 7.178 Kg of Charas has been recovered.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2025.
5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
7. It is, however, clarified that the observations
