ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the proceedings in RRT(2)(S)CR 107/2013-14 in respect of respondent No.34 therein (Annexure - A).
2. On careful consideration of the aforementioned aspect, lis between the parties is covered by the Order dated 04.03.2026 in WP No.9521/2021 and connected matters (Annexure J). This Court, has allowed the aforementioned writ petition and as such, in terms of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of.
3. In that view of the matter, respondent No.4 along with the jurisdictional ADLR shall conduct spot inspection and to identify the land in question on 05.08.2026 at 11.00 a.m. Needless to observe that till the Tahsildar and the ADLR

prepare the report, identify the land belonging to the petitioners as claimed in the writ petition, no precipitative action be taken against the petitioners.
4. It is also submitted by the learned AGA that since 'SIR' survey is being conducted by the respondent-authority, there shall be a modification of the date of survey is concerned. If such being the case, it is open for respondent No.4 to intimate the petitioners as to the date of survey and spot inspection.
