The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No.194/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 318(1), 109, 308(4), 308(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that while the petitioners along with their sisters were going to their house on their own car, which was being driven by petitioner no.2, the informant party who are in inimical terms with petitioners, have assaulted the petitioners and their sisters and also damaged the vehicle which is of petitioner no.2 and that fact was informed to various higher police officials, but nothing was done. He submits that the said information petition is annexed at Annexure-2 of this application. He further submits that the said alleged occurrence is said to be of 04.08.2025, but the so-called injury reports are of dated 04.11.2025. He next submits that petitioner no.1 is in custody since 05.08.2025 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 12.08.2025. ( 2026:JHHC:1018 ) -2- B.A. No. 11300 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that petitioner no.1 is in custody since 05.08.2025 and petitioner no.2 is in custody since 12.08.2025 and the alleged occurrence is said to be of 04.08.2025, whereas, the injury reports are said to be of 04.11.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Bankmore P.S.
