1. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on 20.08.2026 both the parties are present before this Court today.

Learned counsel for both the respective parties jointly submits that earlier the case was referred to the Mediation Centre, High court for exploring the possibilities of amicable settlement between the parties. In the Mediation Proceedings held on 24.03.2026, parties have entered into an amicable settlement and pursuant to the settlement arrived between the parties, now both the parties have filed an application under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.). They further submits that the next date fixed is 10.09.2026.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the aforementioned facts of the case, he is not pressing this criminal revision application.
