This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Revision No. 1534 of 2019 whereby the petitioner is seeking a direction upon opposite party no. 2 to provide the bank account details so that the petitioner will be able to deposit the compensation amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- as directed in Cr. Revision No. 1534 of 2019. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this court, the compensation amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- has already been deposited before the learned Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court. 4. He submits that the opposite party no. 2 may take the amount after due identification from the office of learned Registrar General. 5. The learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection so far as the prayer is concerned. 6. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made. ( 2026:JHHC:1252 ) 2 7. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this petition seeking modification of order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Revision No. 1534 of 2019 is hereby allowed. Consequently, the order passed in the Cr. Revision is modified by observing that the fine amount of Rs. 5,50,000/- as compensation be not deposited before the learned Court as the amount has already been deposited before the learned Registrar General and such deposit is directed to be taken as sufficient compliance of the order passed in Cr. Revision No. 1534 of 2019. 8. The learned Registrar General is directed to remit the amount of Rs. 5,50,000/-, said to have been deposited by the petitioner, to the opposite party no. 2 upon furnishing bank account details and upon due identification. 9. Paragraph 20 of the order passed in Cr. Revision No. 1534 of 2019 is modified as aforesaid. 10. This Cr. M.P. is disposed of. 11. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX.
