1. At the very outset, learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioner has already been extended the benefit of the 2 nd Time Pay
2 Scale with effect from 01.04.2005. In support thereof, a letter dated 14.01.2026 has been placed along with the return as Annexure R/1.
2. It is evident from the documents that the benefit of the 2 nd Time Pay Scale has already been extended to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2005, along with the corresponding benefit in his pension.
3. Having considered facts discussed above, the present petition is hereby
disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer if cause of action still subsists. Sd/-
