Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that had the representation dated 05.03.2012 been brought to the notice of this Court, this Court would have granted monetary benefits with effect from 05.03.2012. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition. 3. This Court, having considered the submissions, is not convinced, as the order already passed by this Court in the main writ petition cannot be modified on the grounds urged before this Court. 4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
