Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the official respondents submits that the representation had already been dismissed by the department vide Order dated 27th July, 2023 as it was found during inspection that wiring and earthing had not been done. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given an opportunity to file the fresh representation after carried out the wiring and earthing. Liberty is granted. Let, fresh representation be made and the same be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law after giving the 2 petitioner opportunity being heard within four weeks from the date of filing of the application.
