V V SATISH 3 The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed challenging some of the tender conditions mentioned in the tender notification, issued by the Respondents under which, the respondents are going to award work. He further submits that subsequently, the respondents are withdrawn the challenged tender notification and new tender notification was also issued and seeks permission of this Court to grant liberty to institute for fresh writ petition. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondents submits that the existing tender conditions, which are under challenge in this writ petition is withdrawn and new tender notification was also issued. Considering the submissions of the both counsel, no further adjudication is required in this matter and the writ petition is liable to be closed. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. The writ petitioners are at liberty to file fresh writ petitions, if so advised. 4.
