The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2026.09.07 18:02:34 +0530 2 “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for record of entire tender process which is subject matter of the present petition. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the impugned order of attachment dated 01.10.2020 passed by the Respondent No. 4 and thereby direct the Respondent No. 3 to release the outstanding payment of the Petitioner. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Corporation to make good remittance of the payment pending to be made to petitioner for the services already rendered by the petitioner. 10.4 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.5 Cost of the petition.” 2. Mr. Ayush Mittal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that during pendency of this petition, the order impugned dated 01.10.2020 has been recalled by the respondent authorities. He would contend that though the order dated 01.10.2020 has been withdrawn, but till date payment against supply has not been released. He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation before the respondent No. 3 and in turn, the authority concerned may be directed to take appropriate decision with regard to release of admissible outstanding amount within stipulated time. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as the order impugned has already been withdrawn by the respondent No. 3 and at the same, the petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation before the 3 respondent No. 3 within a period of 15 days from today, and in turn the authority concerned is directed to consider and decide the representation so made by the petitioner preferably within period of further 30 days in accordance with law.
