KAMAL ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed being aggrieved by the issuance of the notification by the respondent - Authorities as per Annexure-K, calling for application for allotment of shop at Fruits and Vegetables Special Agricultural Produce Market Committee. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allotment process has been completed and the dispute is pending consideration in W.A.No.1809/2025. Therefore, he further submits that the petitioner would not wish to precipitate this matter further. 3.
