ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner was disqualified under Section 29C of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. Aggrieved by the same, he has preferred an appeal which is pending before respondent no.1. As his application for interim order was not considered, the present writ petition is filed. This Court on 24.07.2025 had passed the following order:
"1. Learned AGA is directed to accept notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Issue notice to respondent No.3 returnable by
18.09.2025.
3. The further proceedings before respondent No.2 in AR39/DDS/ANHARTE/60/2024-25 at Annexure - A is stayed till the next date of hearing.
4. Copies and process fee to be furnished by the end of the day i.e. 25.07.2025 failing which the interim
order stands automatically vacated."
2. In the light of the interim order being passed, both the petitioner as well as learned AGA together submit that a direction may be issued to respondent no.1 to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible while continuing the interim
order till disposal of the appeal. Their submission is placed on record.

3. Hence, the following:
ORDER (i) The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to dispose of the appeal pending before it in respect of the subject matter of the writ petition as expeditiously as possible; (ii) The interim order granted on 24.07.2025 by this Court shall continue till disposal of the appeal; (iii) It is hereby made clear that no opinion has been expressed on merits of the case and respondent no.1 shall decide the appeal based upon the pleadings and the evidence let in before it.
