1. Although the parole is a favour granted by the State having good conduct, but we are dealing with an exceptional case where the convict is stated to be bound on wheel chair because of his medical condition.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file an application for interim suspension of sentence on medical grounds but his parole, which is to expire tomorrow i.e. 29.07.2026, may be extended to enable him to make arrangements for surrender and file an application for interim suspension of sentence.

4. Given above, present petition is disposed of with a clarification that time to surrender is extended till 10.08.2026 by 11.00 a.m.
5. As submitted on behalf of the petitioner, he shall not file any petition/application seeking further extension, reserving his right to file an application for interim suspension of sentence.
