He says that he has no connection with the alleged crime. His father may or may not be involved. However, he cannot be implicated. 2. Learned AAAG shows me the statement of witnesses including that of the complainant recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, which clearly implicate this petitioner by name. 3. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to allow this application. 4. CRM (A) 613 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed. 5.
