In the impugned order dated 13.01.2026, Annexure P12, it has been stated that claim of the petitioner would be reconsidered after final decision of Hon’ble the Supreme Court with respect to validity of Policy of 2014, which now stands decided in the case of Madan Singh and Others Vs. State of Haryana and Others, Civil Appeal No.1996 of 2024, decided on 16.04.2026, consequent whereupon, the Division Bench in State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani @ Saroj Devi, LPA-1092-2026 and connected cases, decided on 15.05.2026, has directed the State to examine the individual cases of the writ petitioners for regularization in view of the Policy. 3. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to reconsider and decide the claim of the petitioner, after granting opportunity of hearing to him, expeditiously, in accordance with law, taking note of the aforesaid judgments, uninfluenced by the order impugned herein, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 4. Upon doing so, if the petitioner is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
