The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the private opposite party have submitted that the victim was married by the petitioner no.1, Usman Ali, and they are living happily as husband and wife. In view of the above, they have prayed for quashing of the proceedings in connection with Jalpaiguri Women P. S. Case No.128 of 2025 dated 20-07-2025 under Sections 115(2)/3(5)/351(2)/ 69/74 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita corresponding to G. R. Case No.1530 of 2025 pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri. In support of her contention, the learned counsel for the private opposite party has filed an affidavit supporting the above noted contention. 2. In view of the above, the proceedings in connection with Jalpaiguri Women P. S. Case No.128 of 2025 dated 20- 07-2025 under Sections 115(2)/3(5)/351(2)/ 69/74 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita corresponding to G. R. Case No.1530 of 2025 pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri, is hereby quashed. The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. 2 3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 4.
