The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post of IVth Class Employee in pursuant to the Government Order of 2016 and 2021 and pay his salary month to months basis and other benefits as regular employees. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2026 pending before him (Annexure No. 9). 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, fresh representation has been made by the petitioner before respondent No.3/Additional Director IInd Animal Husbandry Department, Meerut Division, Meerut, the respondent No.3 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before therespondent No.3/Additional Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kanjaanan Pyare Singh, Shubham Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ramesh Chand .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Director IInd Animal Husbandry Department, Meerut Division, Meerut, along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the petitioner does so, the respondent No3 either himself or forward the same before the authority concerned and in both the eventualities, the authority concerned will take a decision in the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter unless there is no legal impediment.
