1. Pursuant to my order dated August 10, 2026, the petitioners met the Investigating Officer on the prescribed date and time. This is confirmed by learned State advocate.
2. Therefore, I see that the petitioners are co-operating with the Investigating Officer. Hence, immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary.
3. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely Janif Miah, Ashida Bibi @ Ashida Khatun Bibi, Munni Bibi @ Munni Bibi Khatun and Rejayana
2 Ahmed @ Rijwana Begam shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 until further orders and on further condition that they shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case as and when called for.
4. In case the petitioners fail to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court.
5. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 551 of 2026, stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
