The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner - Mahesh S/o Makkhanlal, arrested in connection with FIR No.34/2026 dated 31.01.2026, Police Station Todabhim, District Karauli, for the offences under Sections 19 and 54 of Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has been behind the bars since the date of lodging of the FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents of any nature and no recovery is required to be effected from him. Therefore, he prayed that the accused petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 4. This Court noted that the allegation against the petitioner pertains to Sections 19 and 54 of Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents of any nature and no [2026:RJ-JP:11017] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2979/2026] recovery is required to be made from him. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case and without commenting upon the merits or demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Mahesh S/o Makkhanlal shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.34/2026 dated 31.01.2026, Police Station Todabhim, District Karauli, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse the liberty.
