Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the Order dated 01.04.2026, a total sum of Rs. 8,25,000/- was directed to be paid on or before 19.04.2026. It is further submitted that a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- has been remitted through NEFT and Rs. 1,67,500/- has been tendered by way of cheque to the respondent, which is stated to be due for encashment today. 2. It is submitted that the balance amount remains unpaid and that the petitioner is presently stated to be negotiating with the bank in this regard. 3. Learned counsel for the bank submits that, despite specific directions of this Court, the entire amount has still not been paid. This is a digitally signed order.
