Case No. 18/2025 (Majahar Vs. Taubab Ali), under order-9, Rule-13 & section-151 C.P.C. in Original Case No. 299 of 2020 (Taubab Ali Vs. Majahar).
4. Learned counsel prayed that the said suit may be decided, expeditiously.
5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Dumariyaganj, Siddharthnagar to decide the Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Dumariyaganj, Siddharthnagar to decide the application/ Misc.
