The petitioner was imposed a penalty on account of violation/misusing of e-rawaana portal vide order dated 15.12.2023, pursuant to the mining permit issued to it. 2. The petitioner claims to have deposited the amount of penalty ‘under protest’. It is alleged that subsequently the portal of e-rawaaana got suspended. Representation dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) has been made to the concerned authority for refund of the penalty amount. The said representation has remained pending without any decision. Prayer is accordingly made to direct the concerned respondent(s) to accord consideration to the petitioner’s claim for refund raised in representation dated 16.06.2026 (Annexure P-4). 3.
