By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation dated 06.07.2026 (Annexure P/10) for release of his salary for the months of April, May and June, 2026, and further seeks a direction for release of the subsistence allowance admissible to him. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, working as Lecturer (LB), has not been paid his salary for the months of April, May and June, 2026. He further submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 24.06.2026 and, despite the same, the subsistence allowance payable during the period of suspension has also not been released. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the competent authority, raising all the grounds available to him in law, including his grievance regarding non-payment of subsistence allowance, with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the competent authority. He further submits that, if such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 5. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation raising all his grievances before the competent authority/respondent No.5 – District Education Officer, District Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki (C.G.), within a period of 10 days. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent No.5 shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of 20 days thereafter. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, and all questions are left open to be considered by the competent authority. 7.
