(MD)No.402 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Central Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 36 days.

Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 36 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6972 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.402 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026 directing him to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Central Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
