Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been charge-sheeted in the charge sheet filed by Police Station – AJAK, Baikunthpur, Distt. Koriya. Therefore, at this stage, the petitioner does not want to pursue the instant petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh if an occasion so arises. 03.
