1. Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to decide the partition proceedings pending it since 05.08.2011.
2. Petitioner has tabulated date wise proceedings in the writ petition. From bare perusal thereof, it is evident that the matter though was also being adjourned as the Presiding Officer was not holding Court on account of administrative reasons, but at the same time, the matter was many time adjourned on account of ‘No work day resolution’ passed by the Bar Association.
