By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 06-08-2026, issued by the Under Secretary, Department of School Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Navin Madhyamik Shala, Sirsida, Block Kurud, District Dhamtari (C.G.) to Govt. Middle School Champajhar, Block Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.) 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order Annexure P-1, the petitioner has been transferred from the present place of posting i.e. Govt. Navin Madhyamik Shala, Sirsida, Block Kurud, District Dhamtari (C.G.) to Govt. Middle School Champajhar, Block Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.). Learned counsel further submits that, vide order Annexure P-2, the petitioner has been engaged in the work relating to Census, 2027. It is further submitted that, in terms of Clause 3 of the Circular issued by the State Government dated 28.04.2026, an employee who has been assigned duties in connection with Census, 2027, should not be transferred from one district to another until completion of the Census, 2027. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been assigned the work of identification and tabulation of houses in connection with the first phase of Census, 2027, which has already been completed. However, if the petitioner submits a representation before the Secretary, School Education 3 Department, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of thirty days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the submissions made, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Secretary, School Education Department, within a period of ten days, raising his grievance with regard to the impugned transfer order Annexure P-1. On receipt of such representation, the Secretary, School Education Department is directed to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of thirty days from the date of submission of said representation. 6.
