The petitioner no. 1 is the nephew of the victim. The petitioner no. 2 is the wife of the petitioner no. 2. 2. The petitioners say that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. They are not parties to any crime. They will fully cooperate with the Investigating Officer. They pray for pre-arrest bail. 3. Learned State Advocate strongly opposes the prayer. They show me the material in the case diary. 4. Learned Advocate for the defacto complainant also opposes the prayer. 5. Prima facie, it appears that the petitioners, taking advantage of the weakness and vulnerability of their 68 year old 2 relation, cheated her badly. Hence, I am not inclined to allow this application for anticipatory bail. 6. CRM (A) 632 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed. 7.
