He says that the allegation under Section 307 IPC that has been made against him is completely false. The complaint originates out of political rivalry. He belongs to the previous dispensation. The present dispensation is trying to frame him. 2. The State strongly opposes the prayer. From the case diary, the State shows me the injury report and pictures of the victim. I also find the petitioner brandishing a sword. 2 3. Dr. Chowdhury, learned advocate, says that since he does not know whose photographs the State has shown me, he is disputing that the photograph is that of the petitioner. 4. I am not inclined to allow this application in view of the material that is there in the case diary. 5. CRM (A) 641 of 2026 stands dismissed. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
