1. The allegations are serious in nature. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others ran a paramedical and health institute. Students were lured to take admission against huge amounts of money. Counterfeit certificates were issued and the like. These allegations require thorough investigation as the alleged acts affect the society at large.
2. I am told that investigation is in progress.
3. In view of the nature of the allegations, I am not inclined to allow this application for pre-arrest bail.
4. CRM (A) 602 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed.
5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
